Do I pay BookKaro commission on rides?
No. BookKaro does not take any commission. Customers pay you directly via UPI or cash. You only pay the flat monthly subscription for the plan you choose.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. When you upgrade, we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. All payments in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments on the Android app are processed via Google Play Billing.
Is GST included in the price?
No. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST. GST is added at checkout. Your invoice shows the GST breakdown.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime.
Website: log in, go to My Account → Subscription → Cancel.
Android App: Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BookKaro → Cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel (see

What is your refund policy?
