Driver Agreement

This Driver Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Axxoraa Private Limited ("BookKaro", "we", "us", "our") and you ("Driver", "Captain", "you"). By registering on the BookKaro platform, you accept all terms below.

This Agreement applies to all vehicle categories listed on the Platform — Bike, Auto, Pickup, Car, and Ertiga.

Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers (see Refund & Cancellation Policy). After 30 days, your plan auto-renews. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

BookKaro does not charge any commission on rides. You keep 100% of what you earn.

All ride payments are collected directly from the customer via cash or UPI. You are solely responsible for:

BookKaro uses a two-way rating system. If your rating falls below 3.0, your account may be reviewed. Serious violations may lead to immediate termination.

You are required to maintain valid vehicle insurance at all times. BookKaro is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or injuries occurring during rides. Any insurance claim is between you and your insurer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookKaro, Axxoraa Private Limited, and their directors, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your activities on the Platform, including any breach of this Agreement or applicable laws.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at West Singhbhum, Jharkhand.

BookKaro may amend this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
