Note: This Refund Policy applies only to driver subscription payments made to BookKaro. It does not apply to ride payments, which are made directly between customer and driver and are outside BookKaro's control.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy covers refunds for subscription fees paid by drivers (Captains) to BookKaro for listing on the platform.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the platform within 30 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
3. Free Trial
Every plan comes with a 30-day free trial. No card is charged during the trial period. If you cancel within the trial, no payment is collected.
4. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your first subscription payment
- You have not violated our Terms & Conditions
- The refund request is submitted through the correct channel
5. Refunds After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. However, you may:
- Cancel auto-renewal at any time
- Continue using the platform until the end of your billing cycle
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan from your dashboard
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 30 days from the first payment
- Accounts terminated for Terms & Conditions violations
- Partial month refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle
- Refunds for ride payments (contact the driver directly)
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@bookkaro.co.in with:
- Your registered name and phone number
- Your Razorpay payment ID
- Reason for the refund (optional)
8. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank holidays may extend this period.
9. No Refund for Ride Payments
BookKaro is not a party to ride transactions. For issues with ride payments, please contact the driver directly. BookKaro cannot process refunds for ride payments.
